I live in Naples, NY, and wanted to send a flower arrangement to my sister-in-law for her 80th birthday. I wanted to work directly with a local florist and found this florist through an internet search. When I called the florist, the people were very friendly and accommodating. A few days later I received a call from the florist indicating that they had tried to deliver the flowers but that no one had been home. After doing some checking, they learned that my relatives were out of town and told me that they would deliver the a fresh arrangement upon their return. They also said they would make sure they were home before they made the delivery and would let me know when the delivery had occurred. I definitely call this service above and beyond expectation!

I order some flowers delivered.I chose this florist as it was very near where I wanted the flowers delivered.they charged me a $10 delivery fee for 4 blocksI hope the flowers look nice and are delivered on time.

We've worked with Floral Classics for two weddings and were very happy. The owner was easy to work with and came up with great ideas to work with our color schemes and budgets for each. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. This was one less thing we had to worry about.

I have been using this florist for over a year now and have been extremely happy with the knowledgeable friendly staff. I have worked with the owner and she makes ordering flowers a painless experience. She has great ideas other then just the normal arraignments and their prices are good. I live in Idaho Falls and they don't charge a delivery fee which is nice. I plan on using them for all my floral needs in the future.
