Had our daughter's 7th "Spa-tacular" birthday here just today and it was by far one of the worst experiences we ever had at a birthday venue. I supplied all of the items, i.e., cake, goodie bags, & drinks, because they were so insanely overpriced. More importantly, the service by the girls who work there was horrendous. They barely interacted with the girls, and as one of the girl’s mother said, “they were like sloths.” One girl literally threw a slice of pizza at one of my daughters friends, and my husband and I constantly had to do things so the girls would have what they needed, like pass out drinks, and napkins. They could barely fake a smile, and the fact that they were plain rude and disconnected to 6 and 7 year olds literally put us over the edge and we had to speak to the lady who seemed to be in charge, who by the way never claimed to be the manager. It was so awful that we didn’t even tip them for the lack of service and most of all friendliness one needs to interact with young girls. We understand that everyone has different expectations, but we’ve paid for and been to many of these events at different venues, and this by far was the worst. Do not waste your time or money going here. There are so many other options available.
