Complete incompetence. They can't do anything right and only attract coupon customers who go once. Beauty school dropouts who screw up your hair, be warned. Rude staff, psycho jealous manager.

Nothing but bad news. It truly seems like everyone working there is in training. They have never paid attention to the clients needs and requests. The atmosphere could use a nice upgrade.

Not having had a haircut in 7 1/2 months, I had gone into this salon hoping for a trim and some styling. My sister had suggested going to this salon during its Wed cut and go deal.



I started out with hair down to my elbows, indicating to the hairdresser that I had split ends that I wanted to get rid of. I asked for a trim, layers, and a face frame. She asked me how short she could go in order to really cut above the split ends. I showed her that I did not want it shorter than my BRA BAND.



She started cutting in the back, and by the time she continued to the sides I was in shock. She was cutting to right below my shoulders!!



How can you be off by FIVE inches!?



I couldn't stop her then, she was already so far into the cut.



Instead of cutting off just the FIVE inches I had requested, she 'trimmed' off a total of TEN INCHES!!



That was even before she started to style layers into it!



What was I supposed to say at that point? What's done is done.



I paid, left, and cried myself home. I just can't get over how you can OVERCUT by SOOO much. It was a nice haircut, but COMPLETELY not what I had asked for.



Oh and, turns out they had told me the wrong price, of course there's an EXTRA CHARGE for having long hair. Oh wait, they definitely took care of that.



I never make accounts like this and write reviews, but I've been so put off this place and so angry, that I'm certainly making the exception.
