It was great food was absolutely delicious hot and ready every time I get to Jackson eye have to come by here one of my favorite places to eat in Jackson
I have eaten at this restaurant many times over the last 10 years. However, within the last two years, the quality, flavor and appearance of the food has underwent a drastic and negative change. My husband, daughter and myself ate at this location on Saturday, October 24. I ordered the sweet and sour pork. My daughter ordered the salmon with asparagus. I do not remember what my husband ordered. However, the sweet and sour pork was colorless, bland, and lukewarm in temperature. My daughter's salmon was so "fishy" in taste that if you ate even a small piece, your taste palate was overwhelmed and you couldn't taste anything but fish. There also appeared to be no seasoning on it. My husband's food was heavily spiced. In all it was a very unpleasant dining experience for $70 + dollars. My husband said that would be the last time that we threw money away on this restaurant. I don't understand, because we ate at another PF Chang in Alabama while on vacation this summer and it was fantastic. We are now looking for another Asian fusion restaurant.
Best pepper steak ever!! Had it over brown rice n an egg roll!
I have mixed feelings about PF Chang's. My first experience was that I spent way too much money for regular asianish food, but willing to give it another try, I visited the one in Ridgeland with friends and have been their a couple time since. I do have say the food was better than my first experience in the Memphis restaurant, but the services is just not great...ever. They do take reservations, but I've always had to wait for my table to be ready and have been seated close to the entrance and where every waiter and customer walks by... it may just be how they are set up, but making a reservation ahead of time leads me to believe I'm going to get a good table and speedy service. Not true. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is nice, but family friendly. So I wouldn't NOT suggest it, but I wouldn't call it a must!
This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant because the food is always wonderful and the servers are all so courteous and well-trained. I must recommend that everyone tries the pan-seared pork dumplings for their appetizer; they are phenomenal!! We are going to eat here again tonight :)

I first had P.F. Chang's in Denver. It was the best food along with perfect service.I recently moved to the Jackson area and loved the fact Jackson,MS has one. I dine there at least 1 week.

Atmosphere was nice, but service is un-satisfactory. Food was okay, over-priced for the amount you receive. The hostess acted as if she was miserable and did NOT want to be there. Other words: very unfriendly.
Rice was disgusting.
