If I could Rate Nell Wyatt & team management of my home less than 1 star I would. While under their careful watch, there was no records kept of quarterly or semiannual visit to the property, they allowed renters to remove doors and fixturing, charge for repairs that was done, property upkeep not being done and contracts being renewed without my knowledge or without sending me copies or they keeping proper records. I was constantly getting complaints from neighbors on tenants pets and out of compliance yard.

At move, there was not a proper walk through. Nell looked out for the best interest of the tenants & not the client. I had cracked tubs, broken fixtures, front doors scratched by pets, home not cleaned, dirty clothes left, plumbing messed up due to pet hair, walls scratched and left with severe dirt, rewired house without permission, carpet soiled w/pet soil left 6mths. Nell claims this is usual/normal & not renter responsibility. Don't let them damage your home.
