Logan's Roadhouse

Service was horrible!! While attending a workshop at a nearby hotel, a group of 5 of us went here for lunch. Food took longer than we expected to arrive (close to 45 mins) which didn't leave us time so we asked that our orders were brought out in carry out containers and that did NOT sit well with "Charlie" a female employee who was manager on duty, allegedly. After her nasty disposition about the delay, one of our group decided to cancel her order. Well, that really pissed Charlie off. After a verbal debate with us, she snatched the receipt, balled it up and said "forget it, and DON'T COME BACK!!" I going it hard to believe that she was a manager, but I will be contacting the corporate office!

Very bad experience. No knowledge of the gluten free menu and he practices necessary to keep customers with food allergies safe. The manager was incompetent and insisted on preparing my meal and fixed it improperly. His name is Joe Thomas. There was no block butter in stock, because gluten sufferers cannot use the whipped. Therefore the side dishes could not be prepared properly. Upon arrival, none of the hostess staff knew what a gluten free menu was or where one could be found. The manager did not know that his fryers, although dedicated as he put it, were not gluten free because he fries battered onion rings in the same oil as the French fries and potato skins. He eluded to the fat that he potato skins were safe to eat. But he also contradicted himself by saying potatoes naturally contain gluten. Horrible experience!! Will NOT be back. My friend who is not celiac said her meal was not good, that he potato skins were hard and burnt. She did not eat them. And she loves potato skins.

This restaurant is not very good. The food is always cold and the staff acts as if they could care less.
