Junior Black Belt Program PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The Junior Black Belt Program is designed to introduce kids to the martial arts and karate through a very fun and rewarding experience. The Kempo system is based on the Shaolin Ch’uan Fa system. It is a highly effective blend of Karate and Kung Fu techniques that offer an excellent form of self-defense for all age groups. Students learn foundational martial arts techniques that will later be built upon as they progress towards their Junior Black Belt. These classes are structured to promote healthy habits for life including proper warm up, stretching, and cardiovascular exercise while focusing on self-discipline, self-control, and effective self-defense. The goal of the Junior Black Belt Program is to promote strong and confident kids, so that they may become strong and confident adults. We also offer lessons to Adults, Kung Fu, Workout and Personal Training and Self Defense Clinics
