New Beginnings Child Care

Being 1 of 2 daycare's in Richlands, New Beginnings in not what it's cracked up to be. My child first started off in the main building, but once he turned 3 they moved him into another building down the street, which is fine by me. But the problems with this facility are just ridiculous and its mostly the office staff. First problem...there is never anyone in the office! When I get off of work to pick up my child, there is no one ever in the office,when I have to pay my week, no one is there. When I need the office manager she is somewhere else at another facility. They told me they hired someone for the office but that person won't start until January! Another issue, the key pad for the door is not programmed with codes yet so everyone right now has the same number to get into the door. When you walk in, the place is dirty. There are spider webs in the corner of the walls and dirt on the floor. If this wasn't 1 of 2 daycares near my job, my child would be somewhere else.

Hi i am Brooke, just recently relocated from Sneads Ferry to Jacksonville!! In 2008 i recieved both my high school and early childhood diplomia. I also recieved a 900 hours certificate. I have a lot of experience with children of all ages when i was 13 i took the babysitting course and have been working with children ever since! I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities, crafts, and games! I am very flexible and willing to work as many hours as needed!!
