I would highly recommend Mid cities air conditioning ! I had an issue and the woman who answered my call told me to try changing my filters to save me a service call and she was right! I appreciate her saving me a service call and I will always use them for all my a/c and heating needs from now on! A+++++!

This was our first time using Mid-Cities Air for our home. After we called them they arrived right on time and went to work on our AC system. They determined that the old one needed to be replaced (excessive Freon leak). We were very impressed with Nick who supervised the installation of the new system which took only a few hours. After the installation, Nick stayed and made sure that we knew how to operate everything. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will recommend Mid-Cities AC to our family and friends in the future.

They send out the most knowledgeable technicians who explain everything very clear and concise along with the unbeatable prices.....Their customer service is excellent also! Excellent Customer Service!!! I had an unexpected issue with my AC today. I called Mid-Cities Air Conditioning and Nick was at my house within 30 mins. I was completely shocked and impressed. Nick was great and went straight to work. He explained the cost and what needed to be done. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Mid-Cities Air Conditioning to anyone!!!

When it was time for my pre-summer checkup I called Mid-Cities on Saturday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning between 8AM and 12PM. They called me at 9AM to tell me they were on their way and showed up 15 minutes later. The service manager Nick and his technician were courteous and professional.



While the tech serviced my unit, Nick took the time to inspect my ducts and discuss system replacement options (MY idea as my unit is 18 years old and has a slow leak). There was ZERO pressure to purchase ANYTHING. Just a friendly conversation explaining my options and ways to save money.



I've had Mid-Cities out twice and have been more than pleased both times. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

My Family has been using this company for many years in Hurst, Texas and, now in our home in Bedford, Texas since 1992. Have never had any problems with them. They replaced our entire system when it went out several years ago, and do twice yearly check ups now. The few small items that have needed replacing since the new system, have been warranty items, so did not cost any extra. Reasonable pricing and guaranteed work! Their technicians are well spoken, polite and knowledgeable. Good people!
