Jane (Shana) Steinhouse is one of our Licensed Massage Therapists here at ACTIV. She has been licensed since 2001, her certification from The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage near St. Louis. She has been a member of the ACTIV team since 2014. Before being a massage therapist, Shana she was a mental health and substance abuse counselor for 20 years. Her specialties include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, relaxation and sports massage. She also enjoys working with essential oils in her practice. Shana likes to walk outside, do yoga and her favorite vegetable is artichokes. She lives in Silver Lake with her husband, daughter and two crazy dogs.
