IwantsomePho has listed the following apartment issues: \\ No dumpster in the community, Trash pick up is Tues. & Friday only. I drive to a nearby dumpster.... The gate is always open 24/7. No matter what time, you can find it wide open. 4 am in the morning- yep open.... Three floors no doorbell- You have to buy your own. $ .... No notifications are given to residents on pest control, surprise I was in my PJs! .... The fire alarms took 11 days to fix from the time I reported them beeping (all nine in the apartment) Had to unplug all after a day of chaos.... They refused to put in dimmer switches and I hired an electrician to put them in for me.... There is no marked 'visitor parking'.... There were several seals missing caulking as I had to buy caulk and seal them myself. $ .... The morning of my move the apartment garage was not set and ready to work or even plugged in (which required a ladder) .... I had to do my own make ready and I asked twice for the cleaning service to come back and the management ignored me. .... The circuit breakers were all off, I had to switch them all on so my appliances and apartment would start cooling.... The "pool" is the size of a hot tub... my friend thought it was cute that they had a "model" of the pool by the management office.... The front doors have four glass panes and one is by the dead bolt, consider buying privacy film AND alarm system. $ .... Cheap cheap cheap plastic blinds that are so frail you have to be careful how hard you pull on the string... one already snapped and fell on me. .... Disappointed in all the little things I have to buy to make the place more functional. I had to ask for a sink strainer and stopper because I wasn't sure if I had to buy those as well..... Really honestly, not worth the price.
