Live this place!! Will always go to Lute Riley for all my car needs. Philip in the service department is excellent. My repairs were done quickly, correctly and most importantly the price was less than a Honda dealership near me. Even though it's not close to me, it's worth the drive!

Can I give ZERO stars

Eff this place. Jerk my chain for a week, make me do all the work with the bank when all they need to do is pick up an effing phone. This place is a joke. The only reason I dealt with their bs is because the used Mini Cooper was a steal of a price. I should have walked out on day 3. And for my troubles? An oil change certificate when they knew its a 1.5 hour drive there. A McDonald's employee could run that "establishment" better. My name is Cody. Bought a cooper a couple months ago. I hope they read this, I'm giving bad reviews on every site I can to warn future car buyers.

Thank god for this dealership.....

Impressive dealership and team of employees. I first heard about Lute Riley through my neighbor when he bought his son a Civic said everything was great and now that we were in the market for a new car I was dying to get something brand new just wasn’t sure I would be able to afford it. Went to Lute Riley Honda last week and I must say this has probably been the Easiest buying experience I’ve ever had, from customer service to the car I wanted to the monthly payments I was looking for overall very well done.
