Allstate Transmission

My wife and I were lookig at new cars for a few days then someone said "go to Allstate Richardsonand have yours fixed

we did and we have not had any car payments for somwtime now,that was the right thing to do! Phillip told us "you have a nice car, just fix it and drive it" thanks

Our family found these guys by accident,We were looking for another shop and got lost. and now our whole family goes to them for all of our cars,my 2001 chevy truck,my sons Corvette,our daughters Chrysler mini-van oh yea my moms caprice too! we all have had good work done on our cars and we are very happy with the work. we recomend Allstate in Richardson to everyone.

This business is run so well... from top to bottom. From my first initial call, where I was greeted by a friendly, helpful person, they took care of me as if I was a repeat customer that they had known before. I left with the problem fixed, I still had money to spare, and I know that they will be there if any other problems arrise. Any place that provides customer service like that is one that I will be revisiting.

Been driving past the place for years, never thought much of it. Thursday my car started act odd, stop by the place, they took the time to check out my car , and explain what was wrong and my options. Place is great up front and honest

the best place in town to have your car repaired ,I had my daughters car at another well known transmission center and they were not treating me right,so I called Phillip at Allstate,,He said get my car to him and he would check it for free and I did,there was not much wrong with her car as I was told Phillip was honest with me and being a woman with auto problems that is very important ,Phillip treated me very fair and corrected the problem,thanks

I had to have a transmission in my almost new Truck last week/the Dealer where I purchased it from wanted way too much money for their work,however I was afraid to go anywhere,my best friends car was worked on at Allstate Richardson so I called him and he said he was very happy and it still runs great.with that news I went and was very surprised by their knowledge of my truck and the transmission. Allstate rebuilt my transmission and not a rebuilt,or used one but mine as I want to keep my truck original /I was pleased with the work and it was ready when they said/good job Allstate!!

After having the Nissan Dealer telling me I need to spend enough money on my Transmission that would max-out my credit cards my mothers and sisters cards also.My boss said go to Allstate Transmissions in Richardson/I spoke with Richard he said they would run tests at no charge or obligation,whats to loose I left my car and I was worried,as (I'm a single mom) I got a call they replaced an electronic solinoid,seal and serviced my transmission(I didn't know you had to do that)about $387.00 and my car has been running like new-You now have a customer for life...
