Was lied to when I came to TMobile told I was given a credit on my account for my phones that I brought over with me the also was told I would be getting 2 cards with each having over $400 to pay my phones off . I was in shock when I got my cards and they both were under $200 called the store and they would not let me talk to the kid I worked with when I was in there so I called the online number and they tell me the credit is for the reimbursement for my phones even though I was told different in the store . It is wrong to lie to people TMobile to get them to join your company maybe you should teach your workers how to tell up front how stuff works so there's no surprise. Worst company ever don't recommend! FYI now I'm stuck with 2 cell bills !!!!!

Super helpful when signing up with the contract but was being conned the whole time. I went into T mobile and told the sales rep that I was going to get a free phone with Verizon if I stayed on my contract but my mom was with Tmobile. I asked what they could do for me the girl told me that I get a phone for $99 dollars and be on a cheaper plan than Verizon. I told her I wanted to pay for everything in full. I was charged $99. My second bill comes in the mail and I am being charged $20 dollars a month for 21 months. Which means I bought a $500 dollar phone. I went into the store with my mom they told me the girl that signed me up moved stores and I had to go there. NO! They were rude and no help. I called the store to find out when a manager would be there I was told Wednesday. I just drove 45 minutes and no manager. They were extremely rude to me and my father. I just want to cancel my contract but no only do I have $200 dollar to cancel I have to pay $500 for this phone I could have got for free.
