Dong's Sushi Bar & Asian Food

I am going to be perfectly honest here. The food is great. I would eat here pretty much every day if I could afford it.
BUT
Adam (the owner) has put me off of this place. At first he seemed super friendly and, to his customers he is, but towards his employees?
Since I dine here so frequently I have seen his interactions with his staff and it just is not pretty. He is rude to them and holds them to standards that are not attainable. I have frequently seen him get angry at his workers because they took to long to do something that could not be done in the time frame they were asked to do so.
I cannot support an establishment that treats its staff with so much disrespect no matter how good the food is.
