        NVR Settlement Services is a sub-entity of parent company NVR, and provides its clients with settlement and title services. NVR provides various support functions for each of its sub-entities, such as managerial structures, human resources and information technology for its two business segments - homebuilding and mortgage banking. Its divisions of Ryan Homes, NV Homes and Fox Ridge Homes, each sell and construct residences. NVR Mortgage, another of its sub-entities, provides financing programs. NVR Settlement Services recently moved its offices from McLean, Va, to Reston, Va.
