        Enviro Cleaners have successfully ruined both a cashmere sweater and dress shirt for me. When I noticed the damage I brought it up with the owner who showed no sympathy and no willingness for compensation of any kind. My dress shirt, which they had MELTED the buttons on he could "replace one or two buttons". After all, per his words this was "normal wear and tear". Personally melted buttons are a first, I have never melted or had any other cleaners melt buttons before. However, he refused to replace them all even though they were all damaged and they would not match after his suggested repair. Conclusion: -Do not take anything to Enviro Cleaners. -They ruin clothing. -They are not professional.
