This week we were provided with GOOD OLD FASHIONED customer service at Precision Auto Body, and we truly appreciate it. My mother had some collision damage on her 2010 Toyota Prius and Bill our estimator made the process run smoothly. We were highly pleased with the professional manner in which the entire staff serviced her car from coordinating with the insurance representative to obtaining a rental car. Precision Auto Body is like shopping at our local Nordstrom store. It is an upscale shop with a sparkling clean waiting area, a coffee bar, and a friendly staff who are driven to make their customers happy :)
