        We purchased a used vehicle 8 ...

        After a disappointing first purchase, I was contacted by the GSM who offered to help remedy our situation. Dave Gandel went above and beyond to help us out and we ended up with our second purchase from them, a Certified Pre-Owned Kia.



        We appreciate Dave's constant communication by email and phone, and for researching as much as possible before we went to the dealership in person which saved us a lot of time. Our 2nd purchase ended up being quick and effortless.



        I would have given 5 stars except for the initial problems we had encountered when I had originally inquired about trading in the first car we had purchased from them.
