Food is ok but the restaurant and overall the SERVICE IS BAD the waiters refuse to serve u ignore you and don't care about customers so would recommend at ALL

Golden Flower is delight for lovers of Vietnamese fare. Their food is fresh and authentic and a joy to the taste buds. Their grilled pork cold noodle bowl is hot yet cold and absolutely delicious. It is based on a bed of cold rice vermicelli noodles in a bowl with diced green onions, sliced carrot, and iceberg lettuce topped crushed peanuts. It comes with a fish-sauce based slightly sweet spicy vinegar dressing. It can be ordered with shrimp, grilled pork, barbequed beef, and/or egg rolls. The grilled pork is very tasty with a hoi sin based glaze and nothing but flavor. The #51 is comfort food to me. They have many soups prepared daily with all sorts of meats including rare flank steak, beef ball, tendon, tripe, and shrimp. They have really good spring rolls made with the cold rice vermicelli noodles, cooked pork, shrimp, lettuce, and basil wrapped in oversized rice wrapper served with peanut sauce. Their Imperial rolls (egg rolls) are hot, crispy, and delicious. They are made with shredded pork, grated carrots, and rice noodles and are like no other egg roll. I could eat two orders myself in one sitting. Also try the iced coffee. It is more like iced espresso made with a single-cup drip press that drips onto a small amount of condensed sweetened milk. Once you mix it and pour it over ice, it is the best, incredibly fresh flavored iced coffee ever. There are many other choices for Vietnamese in town, and I have tried them all, but far-and-away, Golden Flower is the best. I have been eating there regularly since 1997, and it is not often enough. If I lived closer to downtown, I would eat there every day.
