Crystal Cove Beach Resorts

I lived here in 1995 when it was called Harbor Cove and had different owners who were great and provided a crew of about 8 full time maintenance workers to handle all issues that came up, and a security guard on premises from 5pm to 8am. Back then, it was a great building. I lived there for about 8 years. I moved out because I got married and returned after my divorce.



Now it is called Crystal Cove and the new owners, G and G enterprises are horrible. They do not have enough maintenance workers on staff full-time, and do not have a security guard anymore. The building is not secure at night. The owners increased the rent almost immediately after buying the building. My rent went up $700! I had a dishwasher that was so cheap, it should have been in a $450/month apartment. I was paying $2995 after they increased my rent $700. The new owners had the gall to tell me in some cheesy letter when they raised my rent that it was a privilege to live so close to the beach. Stay away from this place. Also, when you move out, they will keep half of your security deposit for no reason, except because they think they can. Rent a nice home or duplex by the beach instead for the same price.
