This is by far the best company to work with. I called yesterday to get quote for broken spring replacement. Spoke to Johnette and was given a quote & I was told Shauna would call in the morning to set up appt. This morning, appt was set and the technician, Chris, was right on time ..even called 30 min ahead to let me know he's on the way. This is what a good customer service is all about. Chris was very knowledgable with his trade and put in extra safety cables when I mentioned the safety of parked cars underneath when spring breaks. I appreciated that very much. He also inspected all other component and made sure all doors were in good shape before finishing the job. He was pleasant and left the work area clean. Well done. I will recommend NDI to friends and neighbors and will use them again in the future.

We recently built a house in Edmonds, Wa. and used National Door for our garage door installation. We choose them because when I was searching for a company I wanted to find a company that would listen to my needs and also not try to oversell me something that I did not need. I have the perfect door that fit right into the budget for the construction that we were doing. thanks Shonna for taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each kind of door so I could make an informed decision.

My torsion spring broke late on a Friday and I talked to Dan, the owner about replacing the springs. Eric showed up on Saturday as promised and replaced the springs in about 20 minutes. The garage door is good as new and he even made some suggestions to help me make the door quieter. Great service. I would recommend National Door to anyone needing prompt, quality service.

Our garage door in Normandy Park got jammed. Trying to fix it was beyond me so I went out on the web and found several complimentary reviews of National Door. I suspected there would be many flakes in this business so I was encouraged by these. I called Dan, who just like the reviews said he would, tried to offer suggestions free of charge over the phone. He then arranged for Paul to come over. Paul took care of our problem quickly and efficiently and even made some adjustments to our other door. The bill was $139. Not bad at all, considering he had come from Redmond. What makes National Door different is they are a family-owned business and the care shows. I would heartily recommend National Door. Today I had the pleasure to work with Shonna at National Door regarding my garage door problem. She took the time to ask me several questions in order to figure out what I needed. She was extremely polite, professional and new her job well. She set up a service call with me and sent out her technician who was also extremely professional. National Door had the utmost customer service and very competitive pricing. I will be referring my friends and family to National Door and assume they will have the same pleasurable experience that I had. Over the weekend I talked to the owners of National Door, Dan and Johnette. Dan took the time to go over all of my concerns and answer my questions. I called National Door first due to the positive reviews on this site. I was not disappointed. They even answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. Took all my info and were out by 9 am Monday morning. The garage door repair cost just what they had quoted. No bulking up the cost by recommending non essential work. They are fast, professional and fair. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

There are not enough service companies these days that really care about their customer. After talking to National Doors Sales, Dispatch, and Service departments they are on the top of my list in customer service. I was amazed on how professional this garage door company handled all my requests and on a Saturday too. I will highly recommend National Door to all my friends and family. Hello-I called late last week and spoke with Amber, who was very helpful on the phone. We arranged a time for an installation of the Liftmaster 3800, including some accessories. Later that same day, Amber called back and informed me that she had stock on hand and also had an earlier spot open in the schedule so we could have our opener installed sooner, which happened on Monday instead of Wednesday. The technician arrived at our house earlier than expected and took care of everything I had discussed with Amber. He was professional, polite, and expedient. He did a great job with the installation, and we couldn’t be happier with the opener. Of most importance to me is the fact that everyone we had contact with was professional, courteous, and looked out for us as if we were the only customer. The serviceman arrived at the promised time to repair my garage door opener. He was courteous and professional at all times. Afterwards, he explained to me the cause of the problem and what had been done to correct the problem. The cost did not exceed his original estimate. A thoroughly satisfying experience.

I had the pleasure of working with the owner of National Door, Dan Pevarnick. He was extremely professional and helpful. He walked me thru several concerns I had about my garage door and tried to trouble shoot me through my problems to save me a trip charge. Now days that is so important. National Doors Service man called in the AM and showed up for the service call on time. He took time to walk me through the complete service and showed me how to maintain my door to keep it working smooth. They charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone, no additional anything.
