Les Schwab Tires

Angela at this store is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. She was very rude to me when I asked questions and went as far as to talk down to me since I don't know much about tires. I informed her I felt she was being very rude and she informed me it wasn't her fault I wasn't educated in tires and that she was very busy and needed to help customers that knew what they wanted. I'll never go back to this store again

Took one of our cars in to have a flat rear tire repaired. They refused to fix it because they said the front tires were worn on the edges. They said it was a liablity issue. Really? They had no problem pumping up the tire that was going flat and sending me knowingly on my way with a tire that had a foreign object lodged it it. I have 4 vehicles that have Les Scwab tires on them, and I will never spend another dime with them.

Their tire selection is great - I have bought tires there and am happy with the price and quality. They also quickly and correctly diagnosed a suspension issue, and were able to take care of it for in less than two hours the next day. Lastly, they fixed a slow braking issue I had by replacing the master brake cylinder, and although it was an older car (and AFAIK needing brake pads and drums), they did not *upsell* me on that, but assured me that the rest of the parts were fine. It turned out to be true, and that saved me about $500 vs some other places I might have gone to. I will definitely do business there again.

Excellent service. They repaired and replaced the brakes on my car. When the brakes had problems, they went to my place of business, got the car, repaired it and returned it to me with no questions asked. excellent service and they standby their work.
