If you could give 10 stars, i would do so. Have been w/ Dr. Morris for 30+ years, and can't imagine having to go to any other small animal vet. she is simply the best, always has top notch staff.

they've seen me many dogs [they never live long enough, drats], were a great resource when my one dog got out, during a heat, and got knocked up. no idea how to handle this. she was neutered as soon as it was possible, as have all of my other dogs.

i've had dogs have biopsies, and other surgeries. late on a friday night dr. morris has called to see how the dog was doing. alas, it was not good. he had advanced lung cancer. she told us to take him to ER vet service, where she had called ahead to let them know what were the issues, and treatments, my special guy had. he died there. but had lived a good life, w/ dr. morris's wonderful and skilled care.

her techs are terrific, have all been there a long time. when i've had to have her put down one of my dogs, she's been caring and sensitive, and let me stay w/ my gone best friend, for as long as i needed.

my dogs would hear/smell her walking down the hallway, and even though they knew they were likely to get a shot or something unpleasant, always saw wagging tails as soon as they knew she was around.

over the years have referred countless other pet owners to her and her hospital. my dogs were always healthy w/ her care and suggestions.

SUPER STAR VET AND STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are so happy that we found Dr. Morris. She and her girls are WONDERFUL. They really care. Dr. Morris called a specialist the very first time we took our dog there, because he was so sick. And, she got him help within hours. She could have kept him at her place, but, told me that it would be best for him to be someplace where there was someone there all the time. She even called the specialist a bunch of times over the weekend, just to keep updated. And, this was the very first time we had gone there. And her girls are wonderful. I guess they've all been there for over 10 years. My sister and 2 neighbors now go there and have always been satisfied. We all agree we've NEVER met a vet like this. And, I like the other vets that work there, too, just not as much as Dr. Morris. She always gives us enough time and never tries to rush us. She's not cheap, but, boy is she worth it.

Great Clinic

These people go above and beyond every day!! Dr. Morris treats every pet like it is her own. She is the most compassionate vet I have ever been to. Her staff is exceptional. She diagnosed Bronte when 2 other clinics couldn't. I had spent over $3000 at another hospital and had nothing to show for it. 2 visits and Dr. Morris figured out what was going on. I can't believe how lucky me and Bronte were to find this vet!

We figured out how much we have spent at Morris.



Its over 20,000 dollars!!!!

Thats right twenty-thousand dollars and 23 years loyalty=yer trash you owe 95.00.

23 year loyal customer treated like garbage..

Till today we would of,and always have recomended this vet.NO MORE!!!!



To start we have spent thousands of dollars happily to or vet.Always like there policy we paid with cash credit or check at time of services. Twice we have postdated a check for 2 or 3 days when money was tight, they never had a problem most likely due to our long good standing with them.In june of 2007 we went and had some services preformed and paid as always. They were great as always calling the next day to ask how are dog was. Nothing was said about any billing mistake to us at all during this call.In july 07 we get a bill for $95.00. We called that day to inquire, and was told a mistake was made and something was ommited from the bill from are last visit. We didnt even question it, but did say we are having some financial problems but would pay as soon as possible. They said no problem we could make payments.Well its now sep. 18th. My dog was having problems and we rushed him to emergancy vet at 3:30 am. We had to pay 500.00 that nite for care. We take the dog to Morris the next morning because the dog was having the same problems of the night before.We dropped the dog off and went to work relieved the dog was in good hands. My girlfriend calls me crying her eyes out an hour later, she got a call from vet saying with the 95 doller bill outstanding they would not treat the dog. She said she could pay saterday the 95 dollars, but that was not good enough and was told to pick the dog up. I went to pick up the dog and asked to talk to Dr. Morris.I was told she was busy and i said i would wait. A few minutes later someone comes out with our dog and says she will be busy all day and cant talk to me . After 23 years of paying and being in good standing with this vet to be treated so cold and rude is just appauling to me. The girl even said when i was trying to talk to her that maybe a new pattern was emerging? How can that be when all has been paid every time after services completed?I would have still paid the 95 dollars and took the dog after paying saterday if they would of even tried to be nice. Like sorry but we cant treat Watson with this 95 dollar balance.Instead they were totally rude and treated us like some kind of trash.I guess they really dont value there customers of 23 years.They say we are like family to them on there web page? Well the dog is well im happy to say,no thanks to them. And im sad at having to find a new vet.
