        It all started in 1969. Inspiration for House of Chong came from years of experience from Kai and Helen Chong. From there Dan and Linda Chong, with much help from family members and employees with in the communities, the HOC became the trusted source for American Chinese Food in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The Original HOC was located on Brick Boulevard in Brick Township from (69-07). Here is where the Chong family started to honed their craft. The next HOC took shape in Middletown, NJ. From Village Mall (76’) to our current location in Union Square (91'). Memories continue to be made within these walls. Whether in bar, cuisine, dining, delivery or take out, few have replicated the HOC. The Chong’s and our team, are grateful and proud in continuing to serve our communities Quality American Chinese Food.It all started in 1969.
