Their collison center is overpriced AND considering their price was double of their competitors its sad that they even messed up the repair! I had to go back twice to get the problem fixed and now it's still making a noise sometimes while driving. Horrible!

I purchased a brand new vehicle from reading honda and there was damage to the car due to a hail storm which affected the entire lot of cars. So honda signed a form, promising to fix the car and return it to its original state. There was damage to the roof, side doors and the hood. Had the car a week before dropping it off. It was about a month before the car was ready for pickup. Upon pickup i noticed slices and gashes on the floor inside the car and the interior was completely covered in sawdust. And 3/4 of a tank of gas was gone and miles on my car. Ironically they never wrote the starting mileage and its their policy to do that with every vehicle. Someone was driving my car!! The serive techwho was working on my csr ralph became agressive upon discussion of it and claimed that it was impossible. So apparently i imagine filling my gas tank uo the day i dropped off the car. The following day looking off my balcony i noticed there were huge circular discolorations covering the entire roof. Took the car back to honda and they agreed to fix the roof and the floor. None of the cars in the lot had spots. The roofs had been replaced so y wasnt mine. Instead they just buffed it and failed at that. Dropped the car back off at reading collision cuz according to honda it had to be taken there. Went to pick up my car a couple weeks later and more problems. The roof was fixed but there was a burnhole in the drivers seat a burnt glue stain in the rearseat more gashes in the floor oil handprints all over the interior chocolate melted in one of the side doors and the interior even the compartment holding the spare tire was covered in paint sanding dust. I told the tech there about the issues and he checked out the car and said ohhhhh. Ill let the manager Joe Barone know about this and he told me to leave the car and said joe would contact me monday. Well monday no call and all day he just happened to be busy. And tuesday ofcourse busy again. What customer service. I was so polite to the people and this ralph character had such a bad attitude. So unprofessional. Got a call i believe wed to get the car and picked it up glue still stuck on the backseat, floor still not repaired and best of all ralph told me that i burned my own seat and that he was sure he saw me smoking in it once. Hahaha. Lied about everything. Someone drove it racked up the miles smoked in it used my gas ate chocolate in it dirtied it up and then all they can say is "wasnt me" . Never even got a sorry about the inconvenience. No explanations, just bad attitudes poor customer service, a hole in my seat, a damaged floor that is unrepairable a waste of so much of my time and gas,a whole lot of aggrevation, and a manager who doesnt return calls and is virtually nonexistent. Your choice to take your car there but i def wouldnt. I will be taking my car to a different honda dealership from now on.
