GREAT LAWYER AND GREAT PERSON!!! I'm not sure one person on here has to ruin it for other people, but Attorney DelCollo asked me to post on here if I was happy with the service, so I most certainly did. Since the guy 2 posts ago is so concerned about revealing true names, its' not a problem,-my name is Timothy Hollis,-look me up. I had cases in Berks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Philadelphia,-and Attorney DelCollo did a great job for me, so I have no problem posting. Maybe the other Attorney's on here who are so concerned about postings being open can tell their clients to post their own names. All I know is that Attorney DelCollo didnt play any games and fought hard with the DA's to get my cases taken care of properly. I think he did an amazing job and I am very happy I decided to hire him. Thank you for everything.

Mr. DelCollo handled my 2nd DUI I was charged with. I was facing potential jail time and he had the charges knocked down substantially, avoiding potential jail time. I could not be more grateful! He also allowed me to pay him on a payment plan which was very much appreciated, as the fees from this alone killed me. Do you know the names of anyone else that he has represented in Philadelphia? By putting your name down people can look your case up and see how good of a job he did. No one believes that he has practiced in Philadelphia Criminal Court, so help him prove it. Hit me with the truth! I say this because what you're saying is not true. Reading's PREMIERE DEFENSE ATTORNEY! David DelCollo just got me out of a mandatory 2-4 for Possession with Intent to Deliver!! I told him I would spread the word on how he saved me, so here I go. DelCollo is the only Attorney I know that has knowledge straight from the street. Some people in the industry hate on him, but he looked out from me since day 1....I didnt have alot of cash at the time cause the cops took it all, so he hooked me up with a payment plan I could afford. Dude is smart as hell, knows how to talk like noone I seen, and actually cared about me. I would do anything to help dude out now. For real, this feels like a dream! Dude changed my life forever,-only Attorney's number you need in the Red!! You wanna know anything, ask me,-I'll hit you with the TRUTH! Oh and anyone sayin he didnt work in fully is hatin',-my case was in Philly...dude just moved back here from Charlotte..he's the real deal, F**K all these Reading Attorneys who are all about makin your money and makin you plead to some corny deal b/c they don't wanna look bad by fightin'...if thats what kinda lawyer you want...call the public defenders office..at least theyre free.

As far as I know, if you pay him as stated in the contract, he shows up. All of you on here complaining, maybe if you payed him his fees, he would show up for you. He got my DUI dropped in 08 and my assault dropped this year. I was looking at 2-4 and walked...great attorney in my book!!

I actually wouldn't even give him 1 star....last hearing for my case and he does not show in court....skipped the state. Now what!

Attorney DelCollo did an excellent job on my case. He was very affordable, fair with payments, and fought hard to get my case COMPLETELY DISMISSED. Other attorneys that I sought were offering me light jail sentences or probation, but Attorney DelCollo got me off--DISMISSAL!! I am not sure what some of these other people on here are talking about, but I would never go to another attorney again, and like others, I know ALOT! Thanks so much David DelCollo!!!!!!!

Who ever said this attorney went to Philly is a liar. He never even shows up for court in Reading. And when he does, he is completely incompetent. He took all my money, then never showed up. I ended up going with a public defender and they did a much better job.

Very Good Job on my case. Counselor DelCollo was very effective in my case in that I was facing a lot of jail time and I did not get any! I am very happy with Counselor DelCollo and would recommend him to anyone who really needs help.

BEST ATTORNEY IS RIGHT!! I am from thePhiladelphia area and DelCollo had no hesitation driving down here to consult with me. I was facing 1st degree felonies and needless to say i am a free man now. Delcollo had evidence suppressed and then worked out a great deal. DelCollo stood toe to toe with the Philadelphia DA and saved my life for real. I am forever grateful and so is my family. I am 47 years old and have been in and out of trouble my whole life,-David DelCollo is better than any attorney that ive had and believe, i have had Manny amongst others. DelCollo was tough without being rude, smart without being a snob, and caring in a sincere way. He got two of my felonies dismissed at a district justice office by making great arguements,-even the judge said he was good. And on top of it all, he didnt stick it to me with the bill--he was fair and let me make payments. thanks again Mr. DelCollo!

This guy is a Joke! The first review was from him. Anyway, I paid this guy $2000 to represent me for a DUI charge and he ended up pleading me into a 90 day jail term. You'd be better off with Moe, Larry or Curly representing you!
