Came twice for my main line and couldn't get it open and charged me. Then said I needed a new leach field was calling me back with a bid never called back after me leaving many messages and the owner doesn't even return calls

Yes, they are slow to show up, but then, so is anyone who is very much in demand. I've been using Wel-Don plumbing for more than 15 years and they always do a good job. As to the other reviewer and someone not showing up or calling - it's part of the business. If one job takes longer than expected, they are late to the next job. They've always made my call times within an hour, and they've always fixed whatever I need fixing, so, I rely on them for their work.

Didn't show up/didn't call, after my husband had taken off work. Charged w/no proof of work. Won't return calls.

Honest and professional company fair prices compared to the rest of the people i called, came in charged what they said and did what they charged me for so i would highly recomened them and i for sure will use them in the future.

Great price, honest work. Have used company twice and I would not call anyone else. The frist job I had done was a big labor intensive job. They were 4,000 dollars less then the highest bid. Highley reconmended.

Don't use this company. Afterwards they dragged their filthy machine across my carpet and left dirty sewer sludge marks and when I compained they just said something to the effect of, "oh well, that can happen." And his attitude was horrible. Bad company.
