I've been a customer for 13 years, but will be one no longer. Henry's refused to stand behind a welding job that they'd charged me for twice. Very sad. I used to recommend them to everyone. I can no longer do so.

Great service, honest people. Richard goes above and beyond to accommodate you, and stands behind his work. He knows what he's doing and gets the job done, without trying to sell you anything extra. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We gave Henry's the car on Mon...

We gave Henry's the car on Monday morning and were told it might be, quote, a couple of days, close quote,before they'd be able to take a look. Shop called on Wednesday to say a new head gasket was needed. When asked how long before the repair would be completed we were told, quote, early next week, close quote, by Ben. When I called the following Tuesday to inquire when the car would be ready Ben said Wednesday or Thursday. I reminded him we were originally told early next week which I took to mean Monday or Tuesday. He then proceeded to say, quote, he's working on it when he can, close quote. When he can? Quote: Well, we have a lot of other cars that need work. Turns out, the mechanic assigned to it was being given other cars to work on as well so those cars were getting immediate attention and ours was worked on in between those cars. I let Ben know that as a first-come, first-served shop I felt the mechanic should have been working only on our car until the repair was done. Once the part was received, to make us wait while other vehicles that came in after ours were worked on was unconscionable especially as Ben was aware my step-son keeping his job hung on getting that car repaired as quickly as possible. Just got off the phone with Henry's after being told car will be finished on Thursday, a full 2 days later than expected. I don't care how good the work is (and at an estimated $1600 it had better be excellent!) I won't bring another vehicle to Henry's.

Take your vehicle to Richard at Henry's. You will be glad that you did and so will your vehicle. They are an honest group of men who work there. We have used their shop for our repairs for several years; and we have always been glad that we did. It is so rare to find someone who will do the work that is needed and not try to come up with other things wrong. You get your money's worth there and straightforward answers to your questions. Take it from me, I should know how good their work is. Excellent workmanship without the hassle--that's what you will get every time. :0)
