I recently had the horrible task of licensing my new vehicle. I went to the Raytown licensing office where I waited patiently while standing in line behind 6 other customers. There was only ONE clerk working and she was being trained. After fifteen minutes had gone by the next customer proceeded to do there business. When I saw that being seventh inline would result in a good hour or more waiting I asked if there were another clerk to help. There was another clerk at the counter but she was not helping the COUSTOMERS, she was doing something else other than helping the customers. While she was doing her thing I noticed other staff just kinda fiddling around too. I had to say something, the folks standing inline were getting impaitient. after all we are CUSTOMERS, this place is making money off us. The lady doing her own thing didn't like when I said something about my tax dollars. My tax dollars are not paying them. I guess they get a percentage of or they charge more than the state would have. Then that means I am a real customer and the customer is never wrong. Long story short she got a smart #$%& mouth with me and I walked away so I wouldn't point out the things about the customer. Number one rule when there is a customer in your place of business and there getting ready to spend money treat them nice so they will come back. Guess I'll be going to Independence DMV. I'm not going to put up with a smart %$# person at the licensing office when I'm spending a couple thousand dollars!
