Parkwood Place Apartments

Our entire experience was terrible. 1st they gave a a date that we could move in and days before told us that the previous tenants hadn't moved yet. 2nd our neighbors were loud and obnoxious, that's a normal thing, but what isn't normal is the fact that the manager was friends with these neighbors and refused to do anything about it. The cleaning and maintenance people were mean to children. We had multiple problems with our AC and water heater, and it took weeks of calling and nagging to even get a response let alone help. Then came time for us to move out, it was a huge pain to get our security deposit back, again somthing normal, however when we did get it there was a $60 late fee on it even though we were never once late on rent. We had to call them multiple times and threaten them with lawyers before they would call us back, for them to tell us that the late fee was a normal thing that they do to everybody. I do not recommend living here and if you can live anywhere else in rathdrum do it
