Worst experience ever! This optometrist is only interested in money. She doesn't listen to the patients needs, and only insists on adding things if you're getting glasses. Gets very upset if you deny all the add ons. Not an easy person to deal with! She has a very bad attitude and she will show you if you don't get what she recommends. I DO NOT recommend going here at all!! Save your money and go elsewhere, with people who care and will treat you right!

I have been a patient at Electra Vision for awhile now and have experienced consistently excellent service. I actually look forward to going in for my annual exams because they always go above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience! I have referred several friends and family members and they have all been extremely pleased with the care they have received as well. Dr. Pittaras is by far the best optometrist I have ever had and so thorough. I have a family history of eye diseases so this is especially important to me. I know that I am in good hands with her!

Stopped in to look for sunglasses. Prices were quite expensive so I decided to shop around. I could not find the pair that I liked anywhere, not even the manufacturer website. Not sure if these were counterfit or old merchandise. Glad I decided to look around and wound up purchasing a designer pair of sunglasses elsewhere for a much lower price.

A sham business all around. The only thing this 'optometrist' cares about is your insurance information. Eye exam is incomplete. There is a No Refund policy that is not posted anywhere in the store. You dont find out about it until AFTER you pay. Store policy is never explained and is not visably displayed. You are quoted one price and then she adds all these extra charges. Glasses are too expensive to not have some recourse if they are made incorrectly or there are other problems with the prescription. I find it suspect that she wants your MEDICAL insurance information when she is not a physician. I was found to have a problem with my eyes that she apparently did not diagnose. Save your money and find a reputable doctor that is up front with their policy and has a reasonable guarantee.
