Northwest Hospital Center

Checked in or around 8:30pm. Wasn't many people in ER however the wait felt like forever. I wasn't seen at the triage until 11:36 after I requested to be seen. I was told I was forgotten about by the nurse who took vitals. This service is unacceptable I truly wish the staff was a little less concerned about their own work drama and tend to their patients much more appropriately. The staff here is the worst especially when it comes to the ones in the grey scrubs. Way to ratchet!!! If this is how business is ran at this facility I rather suffer in pain at my own home , since I've been waiting so long at northwest. Yet here it stands 12:00 am and I have yet to see a doctor. It's almost been four hours now. So disappointed and disrespectful.
