Total RIP OFF !!! He said I needed a part and charged me for it . 2 weeks later he is ignoring my calls and wont call me back . Im now out the money for the part , the repair charge and still have a broken refrigerator . I am in the processes if hiring a lawyer .

I would never use this company ever again. Like the other reviewer, Ben the repair guy, came out to fix my refrigerator which wasn't cooling. He come quick and fixed the frig and promptly collected $210. After about three weeks, the frig started doing the exact same thing. I've left multiple messages for Ben at the business, cell and home numbers with no response. Obviously, he is in the business of temperarily fixing things to get the money. This company is a rip off! I would not recommend using them! If you do, you have been warned!

i would never use their service again the Guy that came out was ok as far as customer service but a few days after repairing my refrigertor he had to come back cause it was doing the samething it was doing as before, he came back fixed it with no problem but now it sounds so loud it sounds like a generator, i can hear it upstairs n it did not sound that way at first. Now i have to paya professional to come out and take a look at it cause the noise is really to LOUD...........
