Wish I could give them zero rating because they don't deserve a star. This is not a place for young adults with multiple disabilities. Although they claim that they are a medical daycare, the staff there does not know what they are doing. The charge nurse is a charge nurse by title. She does not have a clue as to what's going on with the clients that are medically challenged. They don't follow Dr's protocol. They waste medications and constantly sends home letters for refill. I've never seen a place so disorganized. When you call they will transfer you all over the place especially when you request to speak to the person in charge. Transportation is a waste! They show up when they want to. Drivers are very rude and impolite. They won't help you; they stand there and watch you put the wheelchair on the lift. On Monday(10/26/15) my son's wheelchair almost fell off the lift because the driver did not use the wheelchair brakes. IF you have a complaint about transportation, don't bother to complain to William(Transportation Supervisor). He will not follow up on your complaint. Finally, I'm removing my son as soon as I find another medical day program.
