The Hat

This is the worst hat fast food I have ever been to I grew up with the original hat in Alhambra.... The Pastrami is what should be thrown away , tiny hard tasteless and chewy the bun it's put on is tiny and they charge more we will never go back this restaurant should be a shamed of serving our customers this type of food

My Husband and I were in town for an event, which were really tired so I had a craving for The Hat sense there not in every location, out of all the places I could have too my money I wanted it to go there any ways, upon our arrival a young lady was on the speaker sounding really rude to my husband which he is extremely passive, but he wanted to drive off I said no ill deal with so she started to tone it down a bit, we got to the front she was really a new person, that is because I believe she had put a small hole in my cup, so I didnt notice it until I got out of my car to go to my hotel and there was juice all over me and my cup holder. very dissapointed with the customer service the food was ok could have been a little better not putting love in the food or service

The onion rings are Really great

They have the best chili cheese fries around. The pastrami's are to die for the best I've had anywhere. They have been around for years and have a few locations around.
