1st visit, I'm impressed - meticulous detail for "Gold" level car wash. Thanks very much.

I've been going here for a couple years and always have the car hand washed (Challenger). Last week I did the usual and went home and parked it in the garage. Late one afternoon a couple days later we noticed that it looked like someone had poured soapy water all over it and let it dry. I did not notice this in the daylight when I left. I went back yesterday and the owner looked it over and at first was not going to charge me for a rewash until he supervised the new wash and dry and called me over and said, see there is nothing here. I said yea, duh it was done right this time. Bottom line he made me pay for the wash and lost a loyal customer. He said a good wax would prevent that from happening again. Told him that I had just had them wax it and he told me that the express wax ($20 extra) that I had done was only good to make it shine. I needed a hard wax. I asked why I wasn't offered that, he said its around $80 and customers don't want to pay it. I told him I should have been offered and let me decide it I want it or not. Too bad he is not a good business owner, $20 cost him a good customer.

I was excited to try out this carwash. It's clean and they seem to offer a lot. I paid for the most expesive wash which includes cleaning my wheels. When I picked up my car , I pointed out that the wheels were not really clean and was told I'd need to pay $10 extra for that. Then when I got home, I noticed that my tan leather seats still had some dirty marks. I had to wipe them down myself. Not really worth the $22 I paid...
