Very fast, excellent customer service. I own an older home in Upland that had the original AC & Heater setup. The system still worked fine but I knew it was on it's last leg. I called AC PLUS for a quote and MATT was at my house within the hour. He left me with several options. We decided to go with the 17seer 2 stage AC from Day&Night. My electric bill seriously went from 290 a month to 115. The guys had the work completed within 6 hours and the best part was they were lower than the 4 other bids I received. I've been a customer of AC Plus for the last 7 years. My previous house in Hesperia was in dire need of a new AC unit as it was original to the 1970's. Back in 2010 Owner Matt came to the house and gave me by far the best bid and changed the Unit. He did a fantastic job. Fast forward to November 2016 I now live in Alta Loma and had a 1980's HVAC system in my home. I called Matt and once again he was so professional and courteous, I really cant say enough about these guys. We Installed a new Split System Heating and Air Conditioning System. He The Installers were extremely thoughtful, they put tarps down and had the whole process completed within 5 hours. Do yourself a favor and call AC PLUS!!!!

Wonderful experience with this family. My Air Conditioning system needed Repair and I went online to look at reviews. I called and spoke to a young lady who was very pleasant and dispatched Matt. I was given a 1-3 window. Matt arrived at 1PM sharp and treated my family and my home with such respect. He had a very warm smile and was extremely trustworthy.
