Zinfandel Dental Practice

Do not take ur special needs children there.

Wanted to tie him down. Treated us like fools. Talked down on my autistic child needs then didn't refer us to a dentist who does. Said find them urself. Worst dental ever.

I call this office to make an appointment they gave me two months out before I can see the dentist then I had another appointment to get a fill it took another two months then when I got there after calling the office all morning to confirm my appointment they finally answer the phone they told me my appointment was at 11am I quickly rushe over I had forgot to grab my wallet with my ID when I got there the secretary she looked at me and told me the dentist cannot see you if you don't have an ID. now keep in mind two months before this I went in to get my teeth cleaned. she started to talking to me as if I was a third person I quickly told her you are talking to me as in a third person she said well you don't have an ID so we can't see you.then the secretary told me to look around her office and ask anybody do we ask for ID I was so embarrassed. that was not between myself and other patient that was in their office I was already hesitant about going to this dentist because it took two months to get an appointment and than the first time he cleaned my teeth I didn't even know that he was already done in like 7-8 minutes it was so quick and it was so fast that I thought he did not do a good job but then to rudely humiliate me it's enough for me to say I want nothing more to do with this dental office.

I brought my kids to this Dental Office recently and it proved to be VERY unprofessional. My son had to be referred to a pediodontist because he was to young and freaked out to get work done in a general practice. The front Office lady gave us the worst time referring him out, she would rather strap him down in the chair to get the work done than to refer him out. She wanted a second try in the office, and my son would not go into the operatory room, and the front office lady still said she would not give him the referral if he didnt go into the operatory room. So I had to carry him into the room kicking and screaming to get the referral. Although the Dentist was a good man, the office lady ruined all chances of me bringing my kids back to this office.

I was there early for my appointment. My appontment was at 10:30 and I told to be take a seat and wait. I waited and waited it was already 11:00 am and i ask the reception is how long the wait is she said just 10 more minutes i said ok. I sat down again with my 4 year old daughter and now it is 11:35 and we are still waiting for the call finally we got call and another girl took us in the procedure room and told me to wait here till dr comes and than I can t be with my daughter while dr will do the filling. I ask her what is the reason no to be with my daughter and she said so i dont get hurts. Okkkk. But still now it is 12:00 and we are still waiting for Dr. And I ask the receptionist can you check how long we have to wait more she said dr should be there shortly. And we waited 10 more minutes and no one shows up. I told the front lady just cancel my appointment. 2 hour wait to see a dentist when you have appointment. This is worst dentist i have ever been too.

I will not recommend this to anyone.
