this is an absolute horrible business to work for. The management team is the worst i have ever worked with. there is one specific lead that is just a piece of garbage. she feels the need to come at you like you are a kindergarten child instead of coming at you like an adult. tha supervisor Samantha is very one sided and always takes the leads sides. Wittman has very unfair pay and is not a friendly environment, you can literally walk passed your leads/sups and not even get a "hello" all day long. Very unprofessional. I really like working there at first and did whatever i could to help and make sure my numbers were high and did i get anything showing appreciation? no, they dont give any special raises to the employees who are excelling and even the owners seem to be the same as the sups, dont care. The owners act like they do and say they do but their actions show otherwise. they have some of the dumbest procedures and policies in place at this office and it is very micro managed. Im talking sooooo micro managed that they print out your productivity report for your one on ones and highlight all the little breaks your taking within your shift, if they see you have a minute here or 2 minutes here, they highlight it and then tell you that you are taking too many breaks throughout the day. whaaaaat????? im sorry but to be on the computer all day is hard enough but to not even be able to put your head down without a lead coming over and asking if your ok and why your not working is just too much.... um, i was just looking away from the comp thats all.... jeese... i worked there about 3 yrs and i am soooo happy to have found a much better company to work for.... horrible horrible business... they treat the patients like garbage and everyone has attitudes..... i give it one star even though it doesnt even deserve that!!!!!!
