I have a small bakery and we use a Honda Odyssey to do delivers. Our vans transmission went out and I had it towed to ProLine Trandsmission. They gave me a good price on a rebuilt transmission, way lower then a few other shops in the area. They were really nice to deal with and our van is running great!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS"
We bought a transmission for a 2004 Honda Civic EX 1.7. The transmission gave us a code P0741. A code foretelling the death of a transmission or a "counterfeit". Their advertisement said that they have transmission readily for sale, but when my brother went there to buy said transmission they made him wait 3 hours on the first day only to tell him to come back tomorrow. Upon buying and installing the transmission the car now shows a check engine light that was not there before we replaced the transmission. They start blaming some sensors and orings which we replaced and had tested for function, which they passed. So we take the it in for a warranty exchange. Again, they advertise that they have transmission readily available. But they cannot give us another one right away because they say they don't have one right now. So we had to wait a whole week before we could get another transmission. After waiting the week and installing the transmission, the car gives the same code. Upon closer inspection, the second transmission looks exactly the same as the first transmission, they just painted it over again. They even made my brother wait 3 hours on the day that he was suppose to pick up the transmission. My guess is that they were waiting for the paint to dry on the transmission because we received the transmission and all the sensors that were supposed to be bolted onto the transmission came in a random box. So now after 2 transmission with the same code we complained to the business and wanted a refund. They said that they do not do refunds so they offered to inspect our car for us which we said ok. So they inspected our car and said that the problem was a sensor that wasn't even related and the shifter cable bracket that also is in working condition. They replaced the sensor and reset the check engine light and gave the car back to us and said the car is fine while still blaming that the shifter cable bracket needs to be changed. On the way home the same exact code came on even though they said the car was good now. Upon contacting them they still blame the bracket but there is no way that the bracket is even responsible for the code that we are receiving. So now we are out money for a transmission and our car shows a check engine light so we can't pass smog. Currently waiting for a reply on my complaint from the BBB.
The "counterfeit" i mentioned earlier is because transmission that come from cars in Japan cause these codes when installed into US cars. These JDM transmission are cheap so my guess is that this shop purchases JDM transmission and sell it at rebuilt transmission prices.
So yeah, we either bought an overpriced non-rebuilt transmission or a dying transmission and are unable to get a refund...

Took our car to our family machanic, he said it was a bad transmission so we took it to Proline Transmission and Automotive Repair. Even know we knew the transmission was bad they hooked there computer up to the car and test drove it to for free. They are very honest and professional. I would highly recommend them.

We took our daughters 03 Accord here in march of 2015 to have the transmission replaced after 2 other shops quoted us more than the vehicle is worth. They were very friendly and we have been extremely happy with the work so when our Chevy Tahoe's transmission went out last week we called proline and three days later we were back on the road again. We hope to never need any more transmission work but we no where to go if we do. Recommend them to anybody!

I took my 2007 Accord V6 to him September of 2014. He then took it to another shop for business. When I picked my car up, I found a soda can in the front seat. Also it did not drive right still. It did this weird bang which never happened before. I took it back to complain, he told me let it break in. A couple months later, I was fed up that I paid 1500$ for it to still have shudder for the 1-2 shift and bang after every other gear so I went back multiple times for him to tell me all I want is a new transmission and that I am trying to get over. He felt the bang and harsh downshift him self but told me it was an ABS sensor. He never honored his 1 year warranty. I took my car to the dealer multiple times for this issue after and even they said the ABS sensor would not cause a bang or rough downshifting. I continuously complained, even went on test drives. Fluid burned and was even smoked smelling. He claimed it was not but offered to change it for no charge because it was burned. He thinks I am a dummy and I am not. I thought he was going to use the shift correction kit by superior but he did not. After a phone verbal altercation of him calling me all types of names and weirdos for returning back and forth to his business to give him chances to fix my car, I finally reported him to Bureacracy of Auto Repair. A month or two after, I got my full refund. This is what you will have to go through dealing with this shop. Never again.

Had problems with my civic trans and was over taking it apart again dropped it off when they were very busy and got it back about a week later and I was very happy he also spotted another issue and replaced worn parts with like new parts. I will be going back for life I've had my car back together for a day now. Still breaking in clutch but my trans feels much better and gear changes are amaZing. I would defiantly recommend checking them out I'm extremely happy with amount of parts and work for the price. He helped me out a lot
