North State Batteries

These guys sold my grandfather a bad battery. They told him it was new. It seemed like a good deal until he got it home and it was dead. He tried charging it over night but it wouldn't hold the charge. When he tried to return it after the weekend they told him to get lost. What kind of business are you guys running? BTW my grandfather is 86 years old, and a US veteran. Do you guys regularly take advantage of the elderly? Way to go north state low performance batteries!

Back in july i was heading to the bay area. I stopped to get some food right around the corner from northstate & my battery died.

i found their number on google. & gave them a call.

they were there in no time. they installed my battery for me in 100 degree heat. i got a great deal & the man was very courteous and handsome. i think it was Dennis
