I bought the living social deal and I had to ask for a refund!! I tried contacting these people for three months. Got ONE response email on Nov 9th, saying they would contact me soon with good days to meet...never heard anything. Even after multiple emails, multiple voicemails, etc. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! I was shocked at getting no response. I would never recommend this business ever. I have now read other reviews (on other review sites) and heard the same thing! Some other review sites even said that they set up appointments and no show, hard to get appointment, etc. Those good reviews have to be family or friends. They may do a good job when they arrive and do the work...but I would not care. If they are that unprofessional I wouldn't want them in my house for anything in the world. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I used this company back in 2010 to clean my pool patio, deck and driveway. Since I've used their services a dozen times. The owner, Mike, is a real pleasure to work with.

Skilled workers! Hard working and very pleasant to deal with. I read a few reviews here and it seems like the only customers who complain are ones who bought service on-line. Personally I hired them because they came highly recommended by a fellow colleague. Not sure who these people are or why they're so disgruntled. I can say that I will be referring them with confidence!!

I PURCHASED A LIVING SOCIAL FOR POWER WASHING... I CALLED TO SET UP AN APT, AND I GET A CALL BACK 2 WEEKS LATER! THEN WHEN THE APT WAS SET UP - NO SHOW, NO CALL BACK! TERRIBLE COMPANY, DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS. I CALLED 3 TIMES AND LEFT 3 VOICE MAILS AND SENT 2 EMAILS, NO RESPOND AT ATLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY FOR ANYTHING, THEY DONT WANT ANYONES BUSINESS... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I'm surprised living social agreed to do business with this company. I purchased two living social deals for this company to address interior painting. After finally getting through to someone (2 weeks after purchase) I spoke to someone who sounded like he just woke up from a nap. Apparently he was asleep when he spoke to me because he was a no show . I had even sent an email the 4 days prior with no response to confirm our appointment. I called consistently for an hour to get a hold of someone but the mailbox was full. I consistently called just to see if I could get some sort of response.



Fortunately, LivingSocial knows what good customer service is and they kindly refunded my money. I will still purchase LivingSocial deals but with caution. I will never recommend Triangle Maintenance Specialists. Get it together or close down business,

I'm pleased to refer this company to anyone. They take care of their customers! I hired them to pressure wash my home and clean my windows inside and out. They cleaned everything and even replaced a large picture window that was damaged by moisture. I was impressed the most by how the owner is so well versed in his industry; every question I had was answered with courtesy and eloquence. I cant wait to have them paint my home in the spring. Its so wonderful to have an honest dependable business to take care of all my home up-keep! Thanks so much Triangle Maintenance Specialists!!!

good deal - hard workers - courteous - punctual - clean. It was great to be treated with good honest service.

These guys are great. They cleaned my house, driveway,deck and roof. They did a great job! My wife's plants survived and I really like their non-pressure house-washing method. Give them a chance at least. My local coffee-shop did a Groupon promotion and they said it was rediculous. Bottom line, their work is professional and theyre polite and reasonably priced.

Establishing an appointment was less than easy. Although I did receive returned calls each time I phoned myself. Once established they did reschedule once. But overall I would recommend this company because the work they do looks great and they're the first company that didn't kill my flowers!
