Always engaging and willing to listen to concerns. Sometimes appointments are late starting but you never feel rushed out. They spend time with you and focus on you when it your turn.

my overall experience was good I have no other point of reference to to determine nothing but an average review, however my experience was mainly with Dr. Fowley who I thought was very good in all the areas listed, I enjoyed my experience with him, however, I am not overwhelmed but satisfied with my results.

My daughter was a little bit nervous when she found out she needed braces. And so was I. But from our first visit, we have had the best customer service experience from the friendly receptionists to the thorough assistants, everyone is helpful and this has been a great experience!!

Dr. Kent never seemed to rush from chair to chair. Always willing to discuss and make his diagnosis and clear and did what was in my best interest. Always made it known you could reach out to him whenever you needed to, even after hours and weekends.

I must admit, I didn't know what to expect when I arrived. Within the first few minutes of my initial visit, I was made to feel very at home and comfortable. From the receptionist, to the techs to the Dr himself, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Kent explained what my issue was and how it could be corrected. There was no pressure and I was able to make an informed decision at my own pace. I can honestly say completing my Invisalign treatment with Carolina Braces was great!
