        Overall

        I received a Shellac manicure and was told it would last 2 weeks. FIVE DAYS later it was peeling off when I washed my hands. Went back on day 5 to have it "repaired" and it started peeling AGAIN on day 6! The worst part was I called to complain and the owner HUNG UP ON ME- TWICE! I wanted an appointment for them to soak the mess off my fingers and ended up doing it myself in a few minutes. Proof the Shellac polish was not applied properly.



        TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE OWNER! Never again.
