I see Dr. Al-Sabbagh for issues post RNY Gastric Bypass.. and honestly is the first doctor (including two surgeons) that truly understands my guts as well as I do. I'm pretty sparse with my praise concerning medical staff, so those I've recommended him to who know me IRL know this is extremely high praise. The staff is wonderful and caring, and when my kids are with me are great with them as well. I've been to both the Raleigh office and the Louisburg office and both are equally well-run (although Raleigh is easier for me to get to from Wilson). Dr. Al-Sabbagh is a compassionate and knowing doctor, and is well-versed in many areas. He's worth visiting if you need GI help.
