If I could give no stars I would absolutely have done that. I was moved to contact Crystal after seeing a few commercials and viewing some videos. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed the appointment. When I arrived at her place of business nothing was set up, in fact they were still painting and putting the place together. After taking time out of my day she asked me if I could come back later. However she stated for the the misunderstandings and her not being prepared for my appointment she would give me a great deal on the hair she sales and the install. When the time came for me to get my hair done she not only did not respond to my numerous texts and calls it took her 45 minutes past the time we agreed on for her to reach out to me (MAJOR RED FLAGS!!!) So finally I went, she had her daughter braid my hair and despite telling her I wanted to be able to pull my hair up into a ponytail the install was not what I asked for. It looked okay, and I left. A week or so later I contacted her to tell her the style was not working for me and it was not what I asked for she told me I would have to have it reinstalled, but never indicating she would redo it to my satisfaction and eluding to the fact I would have to pay for another install. Then the next week the sew in started to lift and strings started to be exposed. I contacted her once again this time with no response. The last straw for me was again the following week, this time almost a month the braids began to come undone under the sew in. I have NEVER in my life had problems like this. I again asked her to reinstall and she refused but told me she would "tighten it up". Crystal was rude, unprofessional and told me that this must be a result of me pulling my braids out...what?? How was this possible when the part that was unraveling was the ends of a few different braids? So I went back to her for her to see and she again provide nothing but excuses stating after a month she would never do a reinstall although she acknowledged I had contacted her several time before the month point. She not only tried to blame me she insisted she never had any complaints about her work and she has been doing this for a long time (the exact same thing she told a customer who also had a negative review) She sewed down the spots and braids that were lifting and sent me on my way. Now when I came to Crystal she told me I was purchasing the install and two bundles of virgin Brazilian hair. Today I went to a different stylist to have my hair done the way I wanted it. The stylist weighed the hair because she said it didn't look like two bundles and it weighed barely over 4oz (one bundle is suppose to be 3.5oz Crystal herself stated) I called her and sent pictures in regards to this discrepancy. Crystal refused to make it right even when I offered to send her a picture of the hair weight. So I had to go to the store and spend an additional $90 to have my hair done properly. She then called me back and told me I would be losing some hair and most of her clients have to buy an additional bundle and every reinstall (are you kidding me?!) Besides the fact that I shouldn't have to reinstall after only a month, why would I invest in the "quality hair" to have those kind of issues?? I could have cheap hair for that!!!

At the end of the day I would never recommend Crystal to ANYONE!!! Not only is she rude, and unprofessional, her sense of customer service is nonexistent! I put the last call on speaker phone so the stylist, her assistant and my friends could hear and witness the level of business I was dealing with. If for some reason you choose to go to her, be sure to check the weight of hair she is selling you, and be prepared to possibly have an unpleasant experience.
