ClearDefense Pest Control has been a wonderful investment! I love the wooded areas surrounding our home but not the creepy crawlies that come with it. We do quarterly treatments but the company will also make special trips out to treat problem areas if need be. We had some sort of breeding ground in one area of our house and called ClearDefense in between regular treatments. They came out very quickly, gathered information so they could best treat the area, and took care of the problem. Our technician today, Jonny Nicholson, was so nice and did a thorough treatment. Efficient and considerate! Update: We had Corey Davidson out as a technician to take care of a mouse problem and he was very thorough and had a lot of great information. He made sure to treat any problem areas and used a few methods to make sure the issue would be taken care of. He also planned to follow up with us to determine exactly what kind of mouse was an issue so the issue could be treated specifically according to that species's behavior. He was very nice and patient, explained everything really well, and made me feel confident about the treatment. Really appreciated how thorough he was and how well he explained everything. I also appreciate the quick response after we called about the issue, it really makes a difference! Harold Hemphill did our service the past 2 times and made sure I was happy with everything before he left! He has great suggestions for how to treat some pest issues we had and spent a lot of time making sure he took care of everything we needed!

Ricardo did a great job - he attended to all the areas inside my house that I indicated. He was friendly and courteous and listened to all my concerns.

Tayron did wonderfully well in identifying where mice are entering our basement. I finally now have an idea how the problem can be solved at the source rather than relying on mouse traps and poison to get rid of mice that enter. Tayron was courteous, intelligent, knowledgeable and very, very helpful. 5 stars.
