after a month of having another company come and (FIX) my heat system,I called these guys, they came out to look and figure out what the other company had done, low and behold he found the problem which was an easy fix. will definitely use this company in the future for any ac/heat issues

I dont know what that other person is talking about. I have been using Carlton for years and he has always been fair and done a good job. I have priced other heating and air companies before and he is competitive with everyone else.

Raped me on a simple fix to a home a/c unit - $500 for what should've cost *maybe* $250. I paid them in two payment, Visa right off for $300 - and a post-dated check they cashed days early, against our written contract.This cost me even more. Completely untrustworthy - they *will* rip you off, guaranteed. (And I was a friend of a friend, to boot!)
