Find another place to treat you. When this place first opened, it was super, patient care was good, office staff was wonderful. But it's been all down hill since then. They treat patients like they are a dime a dozen. Repeated requests for medical records get ignored. Payment agreements get thrown aside whenever the billing section decides they want more money from you. Like so many other physician offices these days, they forget why they are in business in the first place. Treatment plans and patient care come in last on their list of priorities. Find another place to treat you.

Please find somewhere else to go. There are plenty of other pain management specialist in the triangle. Plenty of other specialist who have empathy, morals and are not unethical like the doctor who owns this practice. They will rip you off from the jump start. They do not care whether or not you are getting better from your injuries, they will just keep pulling random things to experiment on you out of the sky. The office manager will violate you privacy whenever she gets a chance, so will the billing manager. You will not even feel comfortable asking questions regarding bills or payments, or else they will blurt out all of your info in the lobby and they hall ways! They have lack of bedside manner. If you are being treated for accident related injuries, I would seriously consider somewhere else because they really will not give your careful consideration, then they will just be out to milk the insurance company for whatever they can get out of you! Whenever you ask the doctor for thoughtful suggestions on what you can do to make your pain from injuries decrease or to eventually get better, they never suggest anything. They just throw you in a room with a PA to write you prescriptions and send you out the door. You will never have a meeting with the doctor unless he is trying to con you into a procedure! Look up another practice!
